Deko Construction is a small building company with extensive
experience in all aspects of building trade. We can deliver
solutions from A to Z, involving as many aspects of building
trade as needed. We are happy to assist you from the earliest
stages of planning and designing your project and guide you
through offering a full project management. At Deko Construction,
we take great pride in all of the building work which we undertake.
All of our work is completed to the very highest standards
with attention to detail. Our main goal is to provide hassle-free,
tidy and cost effective service. All materials and fittings
being used by Deko Construction are of good quality
and comply with current Building Regulations.
We have Full Public Liability Insurance
and all our work complies with current Building Regulations
and is fully guaranteed against defective workmanship and
faulty materials for a period of two years, thereby ensuring
full satisfaction in the quality of the installation. For
a small premium, we can provide you with a comprehensive 10-year,
insurance backed guarantee. All domestic certificates are
provided for new installations (NIC, Corgi).
We will be pleased to provide you with a
competitive fixed price quotation valid for 28 days for your
proposed building works and any advice you may require. This
service is free of charge and with no obligations.
At Deko Construction, we operate
on Weekly Increments or a Stage Payment fee basis, allowing
you the flexibility to pay for your installation as it progresses,
thus ensuring your satisfaction at all times. A schedule of
work and payments is provided at the start of the project
giving approximate completion and payment dates.
On completion of building works we
have a snagging meeting to ensure that work is completed to
your satisfaction following which we provide a cleaning service
free of charge.
